Meet Tim Burton

Tim is the Business Development Manager at DKRentals.net. He works closely with real estate investors and property owners throughout the Metro Atlanta market to simplify management and provide peace of mind. His focus is on helping clients navigate today’s complex rental landscape while protecting their investments, securing qualified tenants, and maximizing long-term ROI!

Background

Tim first obtained his Georgia real estate agent license in the 1980’s and joined the DKRentals.net team in the summer of 2024. He has a strong background in corporate sales and business development, having worked for two different Fortune-500 companies over the course of 25 years.

Tim loves property management and working with owners to provide solutions for protecting their assets and maximizing their returns. His favorite part of working for DK is meeting new owners and providing them with the relief that they are seeking for taking care of their valuable assets, whether they are single-property investors or owners of large portfolios.

Tim is an avid sports fan and enjoys humbling himself with a round of golf from time to time.
